Where is it?
This year we are going to base ourselves at the Hotel Meridiana (2.6 km from the town of Urbino) in the Marche region of central Italy.
When is it?
Saturday 3rd June to Monday 12th June
Incidentally it's worth noting that the Misano World Superbike Sunday races take place on the 4th June and the Mugello MotoGP takes place 9-11 June.
How does it Work?
You drop your bike off with us, we ship it to the hotel in Italy, we all get the same flight to Bologna Airport where we board a coach which takes us to the hotel. At the end of the trip the same happens in reverse.
What to do while you are there
It’s your holiday, you can ride out by yourself, in groups, or you can join us on one of our pre planned routes (we ride out virtually every day and have ridden in the area many times before). The hotel is 2.6 km from the beautiful and impressive walled town of Urbino (a world heritage site). On our first full day the Sunday races of the World Superbike championship at Misano (45 kilometres away) will be taking place and the following weekend there is the Motogp at Mugello ( a good but large ride of 261km from the hotel, so an additional overnight stay would probably be required).

Accommodation and bike transport
Once we have confirmed your place on the trip we pass your details onto the hotel. You only pay us for the bike transport.

What can go on the truck with your bike?
This subject is very important so we have given it a whole heading. We ship your bike and riding gear ONLY. Any belongings that are not your bike or your riding gear that you want to be available to you or that you want to take home will have to be taken on the plane with you.
